Smoke tests

  • Downloaded Windows CLI: HemiSpec-CLI-v0.1.0-win64.exe --help printed the expected command list.
  • Downloaded wheel: installed into a fresh local verification environment and imported from that environment's site-packages.
  • Public-safe synthetic quickstart: ran successfully from the downloaded wheel and produced ANS/RNS group maps, subject maps, coverage/validN maps, and toy_roi_summary.csv.

Known boundary

This historical verification describes the original v0.1.0 artifacts. Those compiled artifacts do not embed torch, atlas payloads, real MRI inputs, or generated outputs. Current main-branch code adds released DGN/classifier model discovery through Git LFS and first-run user-cache download; use a newer wheel/build for that behavior.
