Original ANS/RNS framework¶
Please cite the original Patterns paper when using the ANS/RNS metrics or the cross-hemispheric reconstruction framework:

HemiSpec handedness manuscript¶
If you use HemiSpec in work related to handedness or hemispheric lateralization, please also cite:
Ma, Q. & Ma, C. Reconstruction-derived hemispheric specificity captures distributed structural information related to handedness. (manuscript in preparation)
This manuscript evaluates whether ANS/RNS features capture structural information related to handedness beyond conventional GMV asymmetry indices, using T1-weighted MRI data from seven public datasets.
Software citation¶
