Tutorials

Tutorials will turn the HemiSpec workflow into runnable examples. Except for source-development paths, tutorials assume installation from PyPI.

Planned tutorials:

• DGN inference from preprocessed gray-matter maps.
• ANS/RNS map computation from actual and reconstructed maps.
• ROI feature extraction and validation.
• Behavioral phenotype downstream-analysis workflow reconstruction from manuscript-level steps.

The first public release should use synthetic or license-safe sample data.
