Behavioral phenotype workflow

This tutorial will document the public, reproducible part of downstream behavioral phenotype analysis; handedness is one optional phenotype example.

Planned stages

  1. Prepare a license-compatible behavioral phenotype cohort metadata table.
  2. Generate or load ANS/RNS maps.
  3. Extract ROI-level features with an approved atlas.
  4. Train and evaluate behavioral phenotype prediction or classification models.
  5. Compare against GMV asymmetry-index baseline.
  6. Summarize feature localization and overlap analyses.

Release boundary

Only scripts and derived examples that satisfy dataset licensing and manuscript-release constraints should be included in the public repository.
