Behavioral phenotype workflow¶
Roadmap status
This page is a design outline, not a complete public reproduction workflow.
ANS/RNS originate from Wang et al. (2024); see ANS and RNS metrics.
This tutorial will document the public, reproducible part of downstream behavioral phenotype analysis; handedness is one optional phenotype example.
Planned stages¶
- Prepare a license-compatible behavioral phenotype cohort metadata table.
- Generate or load ANS/RNS maps.
- Extract ROI-level features with an approved atlas.
- Train and evaluate behavioral phenotype prediction or classification models.
- Compare against GMV asymmetry-index baseline.
- Summarize feature localization and overlap analyses.
Release boundary¶
Only scripts and derived examples that satisfy dataset licensing and manuscript-release constraints should be included in the public repository.
