This section documents the software-engineering side of HemiSpec: repository layout, package architecture, release boundaries, GUI design notes, and local deployment conventions.

The public project is organized as a single repository: documentation website, Python package, CLI, GUI entry point, tests, examples, release scripts, and approved reusable model bundles live together while private data and unapproved runtime assets remain external.
